Chief Internal audit officer (CIA) services

The CIA is responsible for monitoring and verifying the adequacy, effectiveness and correct operation of the internal audit system. We can assist the CIA in the establishing an internal audit function, assist in establishing a risk assessment model, assist in preparing an annual audit plan based on risk assessment, assist in evaluating and obtaining risk and IA software, setting internal audit charter, setting audit committee charter, evaluating internal audit results, and related corrective actions, monitoring progress of corrective actions, preparation of audit committee reports to board, chairing or siting on audit committee meetings and assist in Recruitment of senior internal audit team.
