A hands-on senior executive and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), board member with over 30 years of progressive leadership experience in the field of auditing, taxation and consulting for the largest regional audit firm.  Areas of specialization include strategy setting, business planning, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), finance modeling, business growth and cost optimization, accounting, capital markets, banking, foreign and domestic tax laws and treasury and assisted family businesses transformation into a corporate structure that provides the family with a sustainable business structure for future generations.  Recognized for playing a pivotal role in setting the general visions and strategies of KPMG Hazem Hassan and successfully managing the firm, and changing the business culture of the firm bringing it into the 21st century by bringing in a young generation of professionals into the firm and leading the firm during one of its most critical stages after the economic recession that accompanied the 2011 revolution and then the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic.  He has a wide network of key contacts at the highest levels locally, regionally and globally in all business sectors, whether public or private. His deep commitment to corporate social responsibility he set up a corporate social responsibility platform at KPMG Hazem Hassan, for the first time in the institution's history.
